If you have a project that you're currently trying to raise finance for we may be able to help.

We have noticed that many companies that offer this kind of service want to charge you an upfront fee. If they were so confident that your project could be financed would there be a fee?

We take a different approach. We only take on projects that we believe we will be able to raise finance for. We're also up front about our fees. To secure financing we charge 7% of the budget, plus a modest profit participation percentage that is negotiated on a per project basis. We also require an 'Executive Producer' credit on the project and a 'Made In Association With' credit.

For us to be able to review your project we require:

  • Logline
  • Synopsis
  • Script, including Grant of Rights
  • Letter of Intent from key Cast/Crew
  • Budget - 2 Page Top Sheet, including Completion Bond & 10% Contingency
  • Proposed Shooting Schedule

Please contact us in the first instance if you have the above in place. You will be requested to sign a 'letter of agreement' before we can look at your project.
